Beetlejuice from Spooky Pinball!
Summary
Arcade Hunters' hands-on look at Spooky's Beetlejuice shows a feature-packed build with a sandworm, with code only half done.
Nick from The Arcade Hunters reviews Spooky Pinball's Beetlejuice at Little Shop of Games in Florida after seeing it at Pinball at the Beach, where twelve units were displayed. He praises the artwork by Christopher Franchi, the sandworm, and the playfield toys, while noting the code was only about half complete and the Spooky Speak voice feature was not enabled on his unit. The video also mentions cabinet variants (regular decal vs. clear-coated 'butter' cabinet) and a Keith Ellen high score.
Here's your first look at the brand new Beetlejuice Pinball machine from the fine folks at Spooky Pinball! This was the hit game from Pinball at The Beach where it made it's first ever public debut and even with 12 games at the show there was always a somebody playing it. This standard body game is packed with toys and mechs to keep you coming back. From speaking with one of the folks from Spooky they told me half the code is complete and they have a lot more they want to add in from the movie. If you where one of the lucky ones who got in on the preorder you got yourself one heck of a fun game. I can't wait to see where Spooky goes from here!
