Players are dropped into Saturn to fight a pinball-eating Sandworm, work the afterlife's Waiting Room at the top of the playfield, and dig up Beetlejuice himself, whose sculpt rises from a gravestone and fires a trapped ball back down the right wireform. Designed by Spooky Luke and Corwin "Bug" Emery with art by Christopher Franchi, this licensed game based on the 1988 Tim Burton film locks balls on a couch that tips forward for multiball, and carries the Danny Elfman theme along with Harry Belafonte's "Day-O".
