The Classic Pinball Podcast Pintastic 2021 coverage features interviews with award-winning exhibitors at the show. Dave (Rhode Island Pinball Service) won best-in-play for early 1980s with a restored Williams Solifier; Ty Ueda won for 1970s EM with a Atlantis he acquired from an L.L. Bean estate with significant restoration work; and a third Dave won for 1960s with a Kewpie doll. The episode includes a roundtable discussion of multiple Daves in the community and later features Brian Hawkins discussing his Evel Knievel machine with CPR playfield and custom LED displays from Wolfpack.
Dave and George interview several winners of ribbons at Pintastic. Goodfellas? Dave then takes the mic and has a round table with 3 other Dave’s. They both interview Brian, the 70’s solid state winner, who won for Evel Knievel. They continue the conversation with Brian as Dave leaves the recorder running with George being unaware, not surprised, and ambushed.
