Summary
Deep dive into Fireball 2 mechanics and gameplay, interrupted by game sales and industry news.
George and Dave of The Classic Pinball Podcast discuss Fireball 2, a 1981 Valley electromechanical pinball game with unusual features including a "demon post" button and two distinct bonus areas. The episode covers Dave's acquisition and subsequent sale of the machine, interrupted twice by a prospective buyer and technical difficulties. They also discuss the passing of Bob Lawton (Fun Spot arcade owner), Stern's new limited-edition Elvira game, upcoming Pintastic event speakers, and recent game sales including Dale Jr... and Kiss.
It starts out great, then an interruption, a disruption and loss takes its toll on this episode. Explore the uniqueness of this particular one of a kind game. Our hope is to have someone tell us about the unique build and background of this Bally pinball machine. Bonus Feature: Pintastic ribbons.
