Punk Rock Pinball hosts Mike and Stephanie discuss their inaugural "Bands vs. Fans" tournament format, where touring punk bands (Off With Their Heads, Toys That Kill, Panel) competed against fans before a show in Bloomington. The event successfully introduced ~20 new players to competitive pinball in a casual, celebratory format; they also announce that the New England Pinball League (900+ players) will use PRPA leaderboards.
Highlights

- Approximately 20 out of 30 players in the Bands vs. Fans tournament had never played a pinball tournament before
- Ryan Young from Off With Their Heads' favorite pinball machine is Black Knight Sword of Rage because it yells at and insults the player
- Two tornadoes touched down during the tournament in Bloomington on Friday night, but play continued
- Jessica Redick said the Bands vs. Fans event was her favorite pinball event ever, despite attending many pinball events
