Summary
Pinball Adventures founder Andrew McBain discusses Punny Factory success and Elements announcement.
Jeff Teolis interviews Andrew McBain of Pinball Adventures at YagPin in Edmonton, Alberta. MacBain discusses the founding of Pinball Adventures (originating from a 2019 Pinball Expo meeting with Team Pinball), the release of Punny Factory, and upcoming Elements machine launching at Pinball Expo 2023. The company's key differentiator is subcontracting major components while maintaining tight quality control, enabled by a parent company that funds operations independently of pinball sales.
At Yegpin, I had my first look at Punny Factory from Pinball Adventures. Andrew was kind enough to share his stories of this machine, how they approach pinball manufacturing & design, plus some info on the next machine Elements, which can be seen this fall at Expo in Chicago. Listen carefully for a chance to win a special prize, too!
