46 min
Summary
Market downturn, Mario/Matrix rumors, and dream theme wish list for future pinball releases.
Jason from Pinball Party Podcast discusses pinball market conditions, rumors of a Super Mario pinball machine in development at Stern (based on a shirt sighting at Expo and Nintendo music usage), persistent Matrix licensing rumors at Jersey Jack, and explores dream theme ideas including Star Wars, Superman, Tool, and Blade. He analyzes secondary market pricing pressure, inventory gluts, and declining demand for recent releases like Venom and premium editions.
Mornin! Help me avoid work and talk about the current state of the pinball market (value-wise), talk about how well Elton John won't do, ping pong around various pinball topics...and finally invade Gonzo's Pinball Flipperama uninvited to talk about some dream themes.
