80: Pinball Time!
Pinball Party Podcast
40 min
Summary
Host reflects on pinball hobby disengagement and leans toward Metallica as next home purchase.
A rambling, introspective episode of the Pinball Party Podcast in which the host reflects on his reduced engagement with pinball after quitting caffeine and other substances, discusses recently played games (X-Men, Jaws, Foo Fighters, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, and newly released Metallica), and expresses desire to re-engage with the hobby by potentially purchasing a home machine: likely Metallica. The host critiques X-Men's design (asymmetrical flippers, center post, upper playfield drain mechanics) while praising Foo Fighters' shot satisfaction and Jaws' accessibility, and contemplates the financial and lifestyle barriers to home ownership of pinball machines.
Miss you long time. Its an honor to welcome you all back here. Lets gather round and talk pinball, have a chuckle, and see if we can't start this engine back up!
