Stern releases Pokemon Home Edition Plus via Costco; hosts debate home game strategy and pricing psychology.
Tony and Dennis discuss Stern's Pokemon Home Edition Plus, a $5,000 Costco-exclusive pinball machine with cost-saving measures (10-inch screen, plastic ramps, spring-based Meowth toy) compared to the commercial version. They debate home edition strategy, pricing psychology in pinball collecting, and discuss listener emails about Big Lebowski, P3 booth strategy for Texas Pinball Festival, and a humorous retrospective on music-licensed pinball games where Tony's 2018 Queen suggestion allegedly inspired American Pinball future Queen machine.
