DPP #250 "Calm Down Everybody!"

Don addresses community backlash following the reveal of Barrels of Fun's Bon Jovi pinball machine, arguing that gamer expectations ("Anticipation Demons") shaped by months of speculation collided with reality, causing overreaction. He contextualizes the vitriol as predictable disappointment (wanting SpongeBob/Big Trouble in Little China instead), defends leaking pre-release photos as harmless, expresses frustration with the backglass artwork and lack of backbox screen, yet ultimately predicts the game will sell well and urges the community to calm down and support all manufacturers.
