The game features four playable hosts (Eddie Brock, Flash Thompson, Stacy, Peter Parker) with distinct skill sets and playfield layouts, along with multiball modes (Carnage, Doppelgänger) and unlockable post-wizard-mode hosts (Venomized Hulk, Captain America, Wolverine).
